Challenge: Corporate employees need a clear understanding of data privacy and compliance to effectively protect sensitive information, maintain legal and regulatory compliance, build trust with customers and colleagues, and reduce the risks associated with data breaches and non-compliance. Many employees are unaware of how everyday actions—like sharing files, accessing systems remotely, or discussing information in public—can create vulnerabilities that lead to serious consequences for the organization.
Solution: I designed an eLearning course focused on key data privacy concepts in the workplace. The course combines foundational knowledge with interactive, scenario-based learning to promote real-world application. Learners complete self-assessments and engage with workplace simulations that challenge them to make informed decisions in situations involving data access, sharing, and protection. These activities reinforce best practices while fostering accountability, helping learners internalize compliance behaviors and apply them confidently in their roles.
