Target Audience: Special Education Paraprofessionals

Challenge: Paraprofessionals need a clear understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to effectively support students with diverse needs. Without proper training, they may struggle to implement strategies consistently or collaborate with educators.

Solution: I designed an instructor-led training that breaks down the key components of IEPs and BIPs, including goals, accommodations, and behavior strategies. Through real-world examples and guided practice, paraprofessionals learn how to confidently apply these plans in daily classroom support.
