Challenge: Many teams struggle with open communication, collaboration, and trust, often due to fear of judgment, unresolved conflict, or rigid team dynamics. Without psychological safety, employees are less likely to share ideas, take risks, or engage fully, which can lead to missed opportunities and lower performance.
Solution: This virtual instructor led training introduces the concept of psychological safety through real-world examples, team-based discussions, and interactive trust building activities. Participants explore common barriers to trust, collaborate on team safety agreements, and develop personal action plans. By the end, teams walk away with shared commitments that promote open dialogue, respect, and stronger working relationships. This training also comes with a facilitator guide with slide-by-slide guide and discussion prompts.
