Challenge: Healthcare workers often operate in fast-paced environments where quick decisions are critical. While they are trained in universal precautions for bloodborne pathogens, regular reminders are essential to maintain safety and prevent accidental exposure. Without accessible visual cues, these protocols can be overlooked during high-pressure situations.

Solution: I designed a clear, visually engaging poster that outlines the key steps of universal precautions for bloodborne pathogens. The poster uses simple icons, bold text, and color-coded sections to highlight essential practices such as hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe needle handling, and proper disposal procedures. Designed for quick reference in clinical areas, the poster reinforces daily safety practices and helps healthcare staff maintain compliance and reduce risk of exposure.
