Challenge: Education professionals often need practical, easy-to-implement strategies to support student behavior proactively in the classroom. While many are familiar with the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework, there is often a gap in translating those principles into consistent, daily classroom practices that align with district initiatives and student needs.

Solution: I designed a clear, easy-to-use infographic poster featuring 10 proactive PBIS strategies with classroom-ready examples aligned to district goals. The poster serves as a quick reference to help educators consistently implement positive behavior supports and foster a supportive learning environment.
