Target Audience: Cotulla Education New Employees
Challenge: New hires at Cotulla Education needed a clear, engaging way to understand and apply the company's seven newly established core values. Without proper onboarding, employees might struggle to align their behavior with the values, reducing consistency and impact across teams. The employees need short (10 minute) microlearning courses with Cognitive Load Theory in mind.
Solution: This microlearning module introduces the seven core values through scenario-based interactions that highlight real-world applications. Designed using Articulate Storyline and adult learning principles, the course builds value awareness and encourages employees to reflect, engage, and act in alignment with company culture. This microlearning takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and was designed with Cognitive Load Theory by intentionally reducing extraneous content, segmenting information, and using visuals to support key concepts.
